Delivery

Serina-makeup will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of goods purchased from sellers due to floods, wars, fires, natural disasters, or any other cause beyond serina-makeup. 

Orders may be canceled if the product or products from a seller are out of stock. Serina-makeup reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for any product listed with an incorrect price that may be higher or lower than the published price. Cancellations may occur regardless of any order that has been confirmed or payment by check, credit card, or other means. In the event that payment has been processed by Serina-makeup, the amount of the refund will be credited to your credit card or sent by check, and you will be informed by email.

In the case of debit or credit card transactions, you must use a debit or credit card issued in the name of the user.

Serina makeup will not be responsible for potential credit or debit card fraud.

The responsibility for fraudulent transactions by debit cards, credit cards, or online banking will only depend on the user who will 'prove otherwise.'

Any request for order cancellation placed on the site or the application of Serina-makeup will not be accepted.

In case of non-delivery due to an error made by a user (i.e. wrong name or address), the charge of any additional costs incurred by Serina-makeup for a new delivery will be charged to you.

All additional information or the description of a product displayed on the site on behalf of the seller is provided by the aforementioned seller.
